GP leaflets
The template was developed from a GP leaflet designed way back in 2004 that won the Plain English award.
This was implemented across 31 of the GP practices in Tower Hamlets; project management, design, icons, photography, boundary maps and translation into two other languages – Bengali and Somali.
We also did some work based on a similar format for a GP practice in north London, and another in Liverpool.
